Berlin Marathon war f\u00fcr den 57-j\u00e4hrigen Laager Clubl\u00e4ufer, Bernd J\u00e4nike, ein ganz besonderer. Schlie\u00dflich lief der Zivilangestellte der Bundeswehr, der seinen Dienst auf dem Fliegerhorst in Laage versieht, die 42,195 Kilometerdistanz auf den Stra\u00dfen der Bundeshauptstadt zum 15. Mal. F\u00fcnfzehn Teilnahmen bei diesem Event sorgen f\u00fcr den Athleten mittlerweile f\u00fcr eine gewisse Gelassenheit bei der Planung und Durchf\u00fchrung. Der geb\u00fcrtige Brandenburger sagt dazu:&#8220;Die erste Teilnahme war 1996 und hat bis heute f\u00fcr mich nicht an Attraktivit\u00e4t verloren. Besonders froh bin ich, nach so langer Zeit immer noch die n\u00f6tige Motivation f\u00fcr eine entsprechende Vorbereitung zu finden.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die wettertechnischen Bedingungen am letzten Sonntag im September waren ideal und sorgten unter anderem auch f\u00fcr eine neue Marathon Weltbestleistung durch den Kenianer Eliud Kipchoge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ambitionierter Hobbyl\u00e4ufer ist Bernd J\u00e4nike von diesen Leistungen im Spitzensport immer wieder beeindruckt. Seine pers\u00f6nliche Ziel Zeit von 3:24:59 entspricht nach eigenem Bekunden seinem aktuellen Leistungsstand und macht ihn dementsprechend gl\u00fccklich. Aus seiner Sicht war die Leistung eines Laufkameraden aus Mecklenburg-Vorpommern unbedingt erw\u00e4hnenswert. Martin Pankow von der TSG Wittenburg, Bernd J\u00e4nike hat ihn w\u00e4hrend der Startvorbereitung getroffen. Pankow ist als Hobbyl\u00e4ufer ein erstaunliches Rennen gelaufen. Seine Zeit im Ziel von 2:46:26 ist absolut au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich. F\u00fcr diese Zeit muss man im Durchschnitt deutlich \u00fcber 15 km\/h laufen.
