Joyce l\u00e4uft 120 Marathons entlang der deutschen Grenze. Dabei l\u00e4uft sie in jeder Woche sechs Marathons, und manchmal auch ein bisschen mehr. Der 107. Marathon f\u00fchrte sie am 04.09.2023 von Warnem\u00fcnde bis nach Ribnitz-Damgarten. Mit am Start in Warnem\u00fcnde waren unter anderem Sandra Murr und Claudia Rugbarth. Die beiden L\u00e4uferinnen des SC Laage hatten sich vorgenommen, die Ultra-L\u00e4uferin mindestens 15 km bei ihrem unvorstellbaren Projekt zu begleiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der erste Teil der Strecke f\u00fchrte am Leuchtturm vorbei, am Alten Strom entlang und bis zur F\u00e4hre nach Hohe D\u00fcne. Nach der \u00dcberfahrt ging es kurz auf dem Radweg weiter bis die Strecke an den Strand f\u00fchrte. Von da an wurde der Untergrund abwechslungsreich. Vom Strand ging es \u00fcber schmale Wege in die D\u00fcnen bis durchs Unterholz des K\u00fcstenwaldes. So waren sich auch alle einig, dass man zum Trail-Running nicht unbedingt in die Berge fahren muss, sondern auch hier an der K\u00fcste herausfordernde Trails finden kann. Weiter ging es bis zur Seebr\u00fccke in Graal-M\u00fcritz, wo eine Verpflegungspause eingelegt wurde. Bei dieser Gelegenheit stiegen mit Sandra und Claudia drei weitere Mitl\u00e4ufer nach ca. 17,6 km und 2:35 h aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Eindr\u00fccke des Tages waren gepr\u00e4gt von unterhaltsamen Gespr\u00e4chen rund ums Laufen, unbefestigten, herausfordernden Untergr\u00fcnden und einer gut gelaunten im positiven Sinne verr\u00fcckten L\u00e4uferin, die den allergr\u00f6\u00dften Respekt f\u00fcr diese Leistung verdient.
