Januar 2024 in der Neptunschwimmhalle seine erstes 12-Stunden-Schwimmen durchf\u00fchren. Schon jetzt freut sich das Orga-Team rund um Landestrainer Andre Wilde auf einen Tag voller Spa\u00df und Power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Event geht dabei klar an die Adresse aller Schwimmfans, die mindestens 50 Meter ohne Schwimmhilfe zur\u00fccklegen k\u00f6nnen. Gestartet wird in Teams, die mindestens 6 und maximal 10 Personen bestehen. Der Rest ist ganz einfach. Gemeinsam m\u00fcssen so viele Kilometer wie m\u00f6glich geschwommen werden. Der Schwimmstil ist beliebig w\u00e4hlbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um sich von anderem Stunden-Schwimmen abzugrenzen hat sich das HSV-Team aber noch etwas Besonderes ausgedacht. So wird es ab 9 Uhr f\u00fcr die ersten 10 Minuten jeder vollen Stunde ein Spezialaufgabe f\u00fcr die Aktiven geben. Diese soll per Zufallsgenerator ermittelt sowie per akustischem Signal gestartet und beendet werden. Das k\u00f6nne z.B. sein, dass kein Kraul oder pro Person maximal 25m am St\u00fcck geschwommen werden darf. Aber auch am\u00fcsante Aufgaben wie die, auf jeder dritten Bahn einen Ball mitzuf\u00fchren, oder inklusive Hilfsmitteln wie Flossen, Schnorchel oder Pullkicks zu schwimmen, sind m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie es sich f\u00fcr derlei Team-Events geh\u00f6rt, werden alle Schwimmerinnen und Schwimmer im Anschluss an den Wettbewerb mit einer Teilnahmeurkunde bedacht.
