Vier Athleten der TSG Wittenburg liefen Norddeutschlands schwerste 42,195 Kilometer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Am 14. Oktober ging es f\u00fcr insgesamt sechs TSG Mitglieder zum 45. Harz-Gebirgslauf nach Wernigerode. Manuela Dr\u00f6gsler, B\u00e4rbel Lemme, Oliver Pagel und Martin Pankow traten beim legend\u00e4ren Brockenmarathon \u00fcber die 42,195 Kilometer an. Maike Potlitz und Ullrich Lemme waren als Unterst\u00fctzer dabei. Bereits am Freitag wurde bei Abholung der Startunterlagen auf dem Markplatz in Wernigerode die gro\u00dfartige Stimmung aufgesaugt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am Samstag um 9 Uhr gab es f\u00fcr insgesamt 565 Brockl\u00e4ufer den Startschuss zu Norddeutschlands schwersten Marathonlauf. Bei idealen \u00e4u\u00dferen Bedingungen verliefen die ersten 10 Kilometer nach Ilsenburg noch verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig entspannt. Die n\u00e4chsten 10 Kilometer zum Brocken hinauf hatten es allerdings in sich. Mit Steigungen von \u00fcber 20% wurde zwischenzeitlich vom Lauf- in einen schnellen Gehschritt gewechselt. Auf dem Brocken angekommen herrschten Temperaturen knapp \u00fcber dem Gefrierpunkt, sodass sich die mitgebrachten Laufjacken im Rucksack noch als n\u00fctzlich erweisen sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anschlie\u00dfend ging es 22 Kilometer bergab Richtung Wernigerode mit einigen kleinen Anstiegen. Nach vielen gro\u00dfartigen landschaftlichen Streckenabschnitten und einem jubelnden Zieleinlauf hatten die Teilnehmer am Ende des Tages \u00fcber 1.100 H\u00f6henmeter absolviert. Jeweils im gemeinsamen Duo haben Manuela Dr\u00f6gsler und B\u00e4rbel Lemme sowie Oliver Pagel und Martin Pankow den Marathon im gemeinsamen Laufschritt genossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neben einer tollen Erinnerungsmedaille durfte sich Manuela Dr\u00f6gsler noch \u00fcber eine besondere \u00dcberraschung freuen. Sie hat an diesem Tag ihren ersten offiziellen Marathonlauf absolviert. Von den Mitgliedern wurde sie daf\u00fcr mit einem schicken Erinnerungspokal ausgezeichnet. Dies ist bereits eine langj\u00e4hrige Tradition bei der TSG Wittenburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein gro\u00dfes Lob geht an das gesamte Organisationsteam vom Harz-Gebirgslauf. Trotz der vielen angebotenen Strecken und Teilnehmer wirkt diese Veranstaltung doch sehr famili\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>\u201eIch freue mich riesig \u00fcber meinen ersten Pokal. Die \u00dcberraschung ist mehr als gelungen. Ich danke auch B\u00e4rbel f\u00fcr die vielen gemeinsamen Trainingskilometer und die tolle gemeinsame Laufrunde.\u201c

<\/strong>\u201eAls Flachlandl\u00e4ufer war dieser Lauf heute kein Selbstl\u00e4ufer. Aber das ganze Drumherum sowie das Naturspektakel waren einfach unglaublich, sodass dann auch die 42,195 Kilometer wie im Flug vergingen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n
