Wenn die jungen Frauen und M\u00e4nner der Rostock Raccons ihre Stunts- und Tumbling-F\u00e4higkeiten trainieren, sieht man, wie anspruchsvoll Cheerleading sein kann. Als Stunts werden \u00fcbrigens die sportartspezifischen Hebefiguren verstanden. Tumbling meint die Elemente des Bodenturnens, bei dem sich der oder die Cheerleader*in \u00fcberschl\u00e4gt, hei\u00dft Radschl\u00e4ge, Flickflacks, Salti usw. vollf\u00fchrt. Neben wettkampferprobten Akrobat*innen bieten die Racoons aber auch Neulingen und Einsteiger*innen eine sportliche Heimat &#8211; und ja, Cheerleading (nicht zu verwechseln mit Cheerdance) kann von allen Geschlechtern ausge\u00fcbt werden. Und weil das Team um die beiden Trainerinnen Jessica Brumm und Sabrina Hanspach stets auf der Suche nach neuen Mitglieder ist, hei\u00dft es am 07.12.23 wieder &#8222;Open-Cheer-Hour&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit diesem offenen Training sind gleicherma\u00dfen Anf\u00e4nger und erfahrene Cheerleader*innen ab 16 angesprochen. Einzige Voraussetzung: Spa\u00df am Turnen,  Bock zu Stunten und der Wunsch, \u00fcber sich hinauswachsen &amp; auf der Matte das eigene K\u00f6nnen zu zeigen. &#8222;Gemeinsam wollen wir uns weiterentwickeln und unvergessliche Erinnerungen miteinander erschaffen&#8220;, sind die Coaches &#8222;Brina&#8220; und &#8222;Jessi&#8220; \u00fcberzeugt. Die beiden haben das Team 2019 gegr\u00fcndet und sind bis heute Feuer und Flamme f\u00fcr die Racoons. Die Open-Cheer-Hour 2.0 beginnt um 17 Uhr &#8211; Treffpunkt ist im Foyer der Neptunschwimmhalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interesse geweckt?
