Strasburger Judoka Johanna Manthey \u00fcberzeugt mit beeindruckendem Kampfgeist in Greifswald<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr eine\/n Judoka ist es immer ein besonderer Triumpf, den Kampf mit einem Ippon zu gewinnen. Immerhin bezeugt er die bestechende Kontrolle, Kraft und Schnelligkeit des K\u00e4mpfers oder der K\u00e4mpferin und beendet die Begegnung sofort. Die junge Strasburgerin Johanna Manthey beeindruckte am vergangenen Wochenende gleich mehrfach mit einer Ippon-Wertung. Angetreten bei der U15-Landeseinzelmeisterschaft in Greifswald warf die junge Judoka ihre Gegnerinnen reihenweise auf den R\u00fccken. Erst im Finale der Gewichtsklasse -63kg war f\u00fcr Manthey Schluss. Trotz einer starken Leistung unterlag sie nach einem Armhebel der jahrgangs\u00e4lteren Wolgasterin Nina Lietz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sichtlich beeindruckt von der Silbermedaille zeigten sich auch Mantheys Trainer Thomas Plank und Moritz Kieper. „Diese Platzierung erm\u00f6glicht ihr die Teilnahme an der Nordostdeutschen Einzelmeisterschaft. Eine beeindruckende Leistung f\u00fcr Johanna“, so das Trainergespann. Johanna Manthey war allerdings nicht allein in Greifswald am Start. Trainingspartnerin Emma Jahnke zeigte in der offenen Gewichtsklasse ihr K\u00f6nnen. Trotz starker Konkurrenz \u00fcberzeugte die Strasburgerin mit ihrem Durchhalteverm\u00f6gen und pr\u00e4sentierte sich als w\u00fcrdige Teilnehmerin. Platz 5. f\u00fcr das junge JSC-Talent. „Das gesamte Team gratuliert Johanna und Emma zu ihren Erfolgen und w\u00fcnscht Johanna viel Erfolg bei der anstehenden NODEM“, f\u00fcgt Moritz Kieper an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eng mit dem Judo Sport Club Strasburg verbunden ist der nahegelegene Ueckerm\u00fcnder Judoclub. Immerhin trennen die beiden Dojos nur etwa 40 Kilometer. Entsprechend fiebert man auch miteinander, wenn es um das Abschneiden der jungen Nachwuchstalente geht. W\u00e4hrend also die beiden Strasburger M\u00e4dchen auf der Tatami beeindruckten, wollten auch 7 Ueckerm\u00fcnder:innen in den Altersklassen U15 und U18 die etwas gr\u00f6\u00dfere Judoluft schnuppern. Und es wurde nicht nur geschnuppert. Zu Medaillenehren kamen Frieda M\u00e4hl (40 kg), Mia Brose (48 kg), Lilly Siewert (57 kg) und Johanna Rabl (+78 kg). Alle vier k\u00e4mpften sich zu Bronze und damit sicherlich in die Annalen des Traditionsvereins. U18-Judoka Antonia Reichert (bis 70 kg) konnte sich zwar gut in Szene setzen, mehr als Platz 5 war in diesem Jahr aber nicht drin. Zu gro\u00df noch der Alters- und Leistungsunterschied zu den Top-Frauen ihrer Klasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garantiert ganz anders hatten es sich die beiden Jungs im Team des Kleinstadtverein vorgestellt. Fynn Stelter (\u00fcber 66 kg) zog sich nach einem gewonnenen und einen verlorenen Kampf leider eine Oberschenkelverletzung zu. Damit war hier erst einmal Schluss f\u00fcr den U15er. Daan Hafemann schied leider nach der Vorrunde aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
