Unter anspruchsvollen Wettkampfbedingungen und gegen hochkar\u00e4tige Konkurrenz konnten die DRV-Athletinnen und -Athleten in diversen Bootskategorien wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln. Insgesamt sechs Medaillen gingen auf das Konto der Deutschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nach jeweils Platz 2 im Vorlauf und im Hoffnungslauf sicherte sich der Deutschlandachter, der mit dem Schweriner Hannes Ocik (SRG) und dem Rostocker Max John (ORC) besetzt ist, schlie\u00dflich Bronze. Im A-Finale der K\u00f6nigsklasse des Rudersports waren der amtierende Weltmeister aus Gro\u00dfbritannien und der Vizeweltmeister aus den Niederlanden diesmal noch unerreichbar. Immerhin lie\u00df das deutsche Boot die Italiener, gegen die man am Vortag noch das Nachsehen hatte, eine halbe L\u00e4nge hinter sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das trifft es schon so ziemlich genau, denn der Deutsche Achter ist nach den Erfolgen in der Vergangenheit zuletzt gestrauchelt und ein wenig ins Hintertreffen geraten.
