Der Vater von Christian Held, der zuvor u.a. erfolgreich als Assistenztrainer in Trier und Oldenburg wie auch als Sportdirektor beim Deutschen Basketball Bund arbeitete, kam im Juli 2021 nach Rostock und pr\u00e4gte mit Christian Held und Tom Schmidt im Trainerstab die erfolgsreichste \u00c4ra der Vereinsgeschichte. Im Mai 2022 feierten die Rostocker die Meisterschadt in der BARMER 2. Basketball Bundesliga ProA und den Aufstieg in die easyCredit Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). In den vergangenen beiden Spielzeiten erreichten die SEAWOLVES den 9. bzw. 15. Platz in der 1. Liga und spielten zudem in der Saison 2023\/2024 im Europapokal. Zudem war Held eine treibende Kraft in der Entwicklung der Vereinsstruktur, vor allem im Nachwuchsbereich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cRalph war in den vergangenen drei Jahren eine wichtige St\u00fctze an der Seite von Christian und auch hat wertvolle Arbeit in unserem Jugendleistungsbereich geleistet.
