November 2024 ist es so weit \u2013 dann feiert der BC Traktor Schwerin mit der \u201eTraktor Fight Night 1\u201c seinen Einstieg ins Profi-Boxen. Die Profi-Premiere f\u00fcr den traditionsreichen Boxclub, einen der erfolgreichsten Amateur-Boxclubs weltweit, geht in der Schweriner Palmberg-Arena \u00fcber die B\u00fchne. Den Hauptkampf des Box-Events bestreitet der ungeschlagene Profi-Box-Europameister Denis Radovan: Zudem steigen sechs Top-Traktor-Amateure in den Ring; vier von ihnen feiern ihr Profi-Deb\u00fct, zwei haben es bereits hinter sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der BC Traktor Schwerin stellt die sieben Boxer in einer Portr\u00e4treihe vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heute: Denis Radovan (32), Supermittelgewicht (76,2 Kg)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Denis ist in K\u00f6ln aufgewachsen und hat dort bereits als 6-J\u00e4hriger unter Anleitung seines Vaters Erwin beim SC Colonia das Boxen zu lernen begonnen. Seine Eltern flohen in den 80er-Jahren aus Timisoara, einer Stadt im Rum\u00e4nien unter Diktator Ceausescu. Sein Vater ist Sohn Banater Schwaben, hat also deutsche Vorfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Amateur absolvierte der K\u00f6lner 196 K\u00e4mpfe. 2010 belegte er in Singapur den 5. Platz bei den 1. Olympischen Jugendspielen, seinerzeit noch im Weltergewicht (Denis: \u201eF\u00fcr mich als damals 17-J\u00e4hriger ein krasses Erlebnis!\u201c). Zweimal wurde er Deutscher Meister der Elite im Mittelgewicht. Insgesamt holte Denis in verschiedenen Altersklassen sieben deutsche Meistertitel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2016 gewann er den renommierten Chemiepokal in Halle\/Saale. Als der Traum von seiner Olympia-Teilnahme im selben Jahr unerwartet platzte, entschloss sich Denis Radovan, Profi zu werden. Er wechselte zum Sauerland-Boxstall, wo er unter anderem vom Schweriner WM-Champ J\u00fcrgen Br\u00e4hmer trainiert wurde. Seither blieb Denis in 18 Profik\u00e4mpfen ungeschlagen, er siegte 17-mal und erk\u00e4mpfte ein Unentschieden. Im April 2019 wurde Radovan mit einem Punktsieg \u00fcber Ronny Mittag Europameister im Mittelgewicht (72,5 Kg) nach IBF-Version. Die IBF f\u00fchrt ihn l\u00e4ngere Zeit auf Rang drei ihrer Weltrangliste. Im Jahr 2023 lie\u00df eine Verletzung seinen WM-Ausscheidungskampf platzen. In absehbarer Zukunft will der Athlet um einen WM-Titel k\u00e4mpfen. Denis Radovan lebt seit Jahren in Schwerin, wo er einst auch von Meistertrainer Michael Timm gecoacht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr seinen bevorstehenden Hauptkampf bei der \u201eTraktor Fight Night 1\u201c in Schwerin wird Denis vom Traktor-Trainerteam Abdelali Hajiri und Michael Timm vorbereitet. Nach seiner Profi-Karriere m\u00f6chte Denis Radovan dem Boxsport verbunden bleiben \u2013 eine erste Trainerlizenz hat er schon, weitere Lizenzen sollen folgen. Der Sportsmann lebt mit seiner boxbegeisterten Ehefrau Reem Alabali-Radovan, Politik-Interessierten bekannt als Staatsministerin f\u00fcr Integration beim Bundeskanzler, in der Landeshauptstadt von MV. Das Paar hat eine kleine Tochter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der gro\u00dfen Profi-Boxpremiere des BC Traktor Schwerin sieht Denis Radovan zuversichtlich entgegen: \u201eWir haben Top-Athleten, alle sind super ausgebildet.
