Die Profi-Premiere f\u00fcr den traditionsreichen Boxclub, einen der erfolgreichsten Amateur-Boxclubs weltweit, geht in der Schweriner Palmberg-Arena \u00fcber die B\u00fchne. Den Hauptkampf des Box-Events bestreitet der ungeschlagene Profi-Box-Europameister Denis Radovan: Zudem steigen sechs Top-Traktor Amateure in den Ring; vier von ihnen feiern ihr Profi-Deb\u00fct, zwei haben es bereits hinter sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Der BC Traktor Schwerin stellt die sieben Boxer in einer Portr\u00e4treihe vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201eKomm und hol\u2019s Dir\u201c lautet der l\u00e4ssige Leitspruch von David Gkevorgkian. Das Motto ist vom altgriechischen \u201eMolon Labe\u201c abgeleitet, in der Antike sollen die Spartaner so ihren trotzigen Widerstand gegen die \u00fcberlegenen Perser ausgedr\u00fcckt haben. Das passt zum jungen 23-j\u00e4hrigen Sportler, der im Gespr\u00e4ch stets relaxt, zur\u00fcckhaltend wirkt. Im Kampf allerdings ist der schlaksig wirkende Boxer nicht wiederzuerkennen. Mit wechselnder Auslage, katzengleicher Gewandtheit, schnellen Reflexen und einem guten Auge macht David seinen Gegnern das Leben im Ring schwer. Daf\u00fcr sorgt l\u00e4ngst auch eine in rund 135 K\u00e4mpfen (105 Siege) gewonnene Abgekl\u00e4rtheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Das Box-ABC gelernt hat David ab 2014 bei Frank Rieth und seinem Heimatverein Agon Sportschule Hamburg, einem St\u00fctzpunkt des BC Traktor Schwerin. Sieben Mal wurde der Athlet mit armenischen Wurzeln, der bei seinen Eltern in Hamburg-Quickborn lebt, Deutscher Meister, zuletzt zweimal bei der Elite. In Schwerin trainiert er beim Bundesst\u00fctzpunkttrainer Marcus Abramowski. Seiner Profi-Premiere in der Palmberg-Arena sieht der junge Hamburger mit hanseatischer Gelassenheit entgegen. \u201eNat\u00fcrlich ist das Profiboxen was Neues \u2013 momentan bin ich aber noch entspannt\u201c, sagt er.
