Schiedsrichter dringend gesucht! Die Stellenausschreibung im deutschen Motoball bleibt unver\u00e4ndert aktuell. \u201eDie Situation ist immer noch die Gleiche. Wir hoffen auf neue, motivierte Interessenten\u201c, fasst Ligaleiter Christian Beer die Lage im Bereich Schiedsrichter zusammen. Um neue Unparteiische f\u00fcr den Motoball zu gewinnen, wurde im Schiedsrichterwesen die Organisation frisch aufgestellt. Holger Schmitt wurde f\u00fcr die Leitung des Schiedsrichterwesens gewonnen. Ihn unterst\u00fctzen dabei Uwe Heuschkel f\u00fcr die Nord- und Raffael Licciardi f\u00fcr die S\u00fcdstaffel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als erster Schritt wurde jetzt die Aus- und Weiterbildung der Schiedsrichter moderner gestaltet. So findet am 1. und 2. Februar beim MSC Taifun M\u00f6rsch zum ersten Mal ein neu konzipierter Pr\u00e4senz-Lehrgang \u00fcber zwei Tage statt. \u201eDer erste Tag fokussiert sich auf die theoretische Ausbildung der Teilnehmenden. Hier werden verschiedene Themen wie die grundlegende Regelkunde und die Auslegung sowie etwa das Auftreten der Schiedsrichter vermittelt\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Beer. Des Weiteren stehen regulatorische Grundlagen – wie l\u00e4uft der Ligabetrieb oder Sportstrafen – sowie Stressbew\u00e4ltigung auf dem Plan der Fortbildung. \u201eAm ersten Tag geben wir den Teilnehmenden alle grundlegenden Werkzeuge an die Hand, die sie brauchen, um sich sicher beim Leiten der Spiele zu f\u00fchlen\u201c, fasst der Ligaleiter zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der zweite Tag legt den Fokus auf die sportliche Ausbildung der Schiedsrichter. Hier werden erfahrene Jugendspieler angefordert, die ein Testspiel bestreiten. In diesem Testspiel werden die Teilnehmenden an den Motoball herangef\u00fchrt. Die Spieler bekommen von den Ausbildern auch Anweisungen, welche Regelverst\u00f6\u00dfe sie begehen sollen, um die Lehrgangsteilnehmer auf besonders wichtige Situationen zu sensibilisieren. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird auch ein Leistungstest durchgef\u00fchrt. \u201eIch freue mich sehr, dass wir mit dieser Art der Ausbildung im Februar starten. Robin Becker hat diese Fortbildung sehr durchdacht konzipiert, da er als Schiedsrichter auf eigene Erfahrungen zur\u00fcckgreifen kann. Auch danke ich dem MSC Taifun M\u00f6rsch, dass wir die erste Veranstaltung dieser Art im Erwin-Sch\u00f6ffel-Stadion durchf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen\u201c, so Beer. Weitere zweit\u00e4gige Ausbildungen sollen dann \u00fcber die Saison verteilt bei anderen Motoball-Vereinen stattfinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian Beer und Holger Schmitt erhoffen sich, dass sich mehr Interessierte finden, um Schiedsrichter im Motoball zu werden. \u201eWir brauchen unbedingt motivierte Unparteiische und wollen das Schiedsrichterwesen attraktiver machen. Mit den h\u00f6heren Strafen bei Unsportlichkeiten gegen Schiedsrichter und Linienrichter m\u00f6chten wir au\u00dferdem alle Akteure auf und um den Platz sensibilisieren, um die Leistungen der Schieds- und Linienrichter mehr anzuerkennen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n
