Blumen f\u00fcr alle L\u00e4ufer und Walker im Ziel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Der 7. Start in den Fr\u00fchling am kommenden Sonntag den 22.3. ist f\u00fcr viele L\u00e4ufer und Walker in Rostock der \u201eeigentliche\u201c Beginn der neuen (Lauf)Saison. Die Organisatoren vom Rostocker Citylauf e.V. erwarten \u00fcber 300 kleine und gro\u00dfe Teilnehmer \u00fcber alle Strecken am Start. Der Rundkurs durch den IGA \u2013 Park ist \u201eperfekt f\u00fcr alle Einsteiger, Freizeit- und Leistungsl\u00e4ufer\u201c so Roman Klawun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zur Auswahl stehen Strecken \u00fcber 10 km, 5 km oder 2,5 km. Los geht\u00b4s ab 10 Uhr direkt am Warnowufer im Dorf \u2013 Schmarl, unweit der Likedeeler, mit dem Start der \u201ekleinen Strecke\u201c. Um 10.30 Uhr gehen die Teilnehmer \u00fcber 5 km und 10 km gemeinsam auf den Rundkurs. Der idyllische Start- und Zielbereich unmittelbar am Warowstrand im Dorf-Schmarl ist nicht nur Treffpunkt f\u00fcr alle L\u00e4ufer und Walker. Familien und Freunde, die die Aktiven begleiten, finden hier einen perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. F\u00fcr die Teilnehmer f\u00fchrt der 2,5km Rundkurs durch den angrenzenden Park, vorbei am Traditionsschiff, dem Weidendom und entlang vorbei am alten Dorfkern vom Dorf \u2013 Schmarl. Im Ziel warten neben Urkunden und Getr\u00e4nken erneut ein kleiner Blumengru\u00df von Gr\u00f6nfingers aus Rostock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dar\u00df Marathon zum Jubil\u00e4um nach Wieck ein, am 4.5. startet in Rerik der 43. Ostseek\u00fcstenlauf und am 18.5. werden \u00fcber 3.000 Teilnehmer beim 33. Rostocker Citylauf erwartet. Wer beim 7.
