April schl\u00e4gt Sebastian Zbik ein neues Kapitel auf und verl\u00e4sst den Bundesst\u00fctzpunkt, um sich k\u00fcnftig beim Landessportbund Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in der Abteilung Leistungssport neuen Aufgaben zu widmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Der 43-j\u00e4hrige geb\u00fcrtige Neubrandenburger hat seine Wurzeln im Leistungszentrum Schwerin, wo er am Sportgymnasium sein Abitur ablegte. Als aktiver Athlet feierte er beachtliche Erfolge: EM-Bronze bei den Junioren (1999), Deutscher Meister der Elite (2002) und sp\u00e4ter Profi-Weltmeister im Weltergewicht. In den vergangenen zw\u00f6lf Jahren pr\u00e4gte er als engagierter Trainer die Nachwuchsarbeit am Bundesst\u00fctzpunkt mit. Er f\u00fchrte das Team vom Boxclub Traktor zu mehreren Titeln in der Box-Bundesliga und ist mitverantwortlich f\u00fcr das erfolgreiche Abschneiden bei den deutschen Nachwuchsmeisterschaften in den vergangenen Jahren. Weiterhin f\u00fchrte er Sportlerinnen und Sportler zu Europa- und Weltmeisterschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201eSebastian Zbik hat sich entschieden, beruflich neue Wege zu gehen. F\u00fcr unser Team und besonders f\u00fcr seine Sportler war er eine wichtige St\u00fctze. Wir bedanken uns herzlich f\u00fcr seinen jahrzehntelangen Einsatz und w\u00fcnschen ihm f\u00fcr seine Zukunft viel Erfolg\u201c, so Traktor-Vorstandsvorsitzender Frank Kleinsorg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eine m\u00f6gliche Nachbesetzung kommt jedoch nicht unvorbereitet: In den letzten Jahren hat der Verein gezielt auf den Aufbau einer breiten Trainerbasis gesetzt. Durch kontinuierliche Aus- und Weiterbildung und Teilnahme an den Lizenzlehrg\u00e4ngen des Deutschen Boxsport-Verbandes, konnten qualifizierte Nachwuchstrainer aufgebaut werden \u2013 so ist der St\u00fctzpunkt auch f\u00fcr die Zukunft bestens aufgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ein vertrautes Gesicht \u00fcbernimmt nun die wichtige Rolle im Nachwuchsbereich: Yaroslav Samofalov. Der ehemalige Spitzensportler lebt seit seiner Flucht aus der Ukraine in Schwerin und bringt sich seitdem intensiv in die Nachwuchsarbeit des BC Traktor ein. Neben seiner aktiven Laufbahn studierte Samofalov und absolvierte einen Master in Sport und P\u00e4dagogik. Als aktiver Athlet schrieb er Traktor-Vereinsgeschichte: Samofalov war der erste Schweriner Boxer, der nach der Wende dreimal in Folge den Deutschen Meistertitel bei den Einzelmeisterschaften errang (2021\u20132023). Auch in der Box-Bundesliga war er erfolgreich und gewann mit dem Team Traktor dreimal den Mannschaftsmeistertitel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
International konnte er Medaillen bei Europameisterschaften sowohl im Nachwuchs- als auch im Elitebereich erk\u00e4mpfen. Mit seiner sportlichen Erfahrung, p\u00e4dagogischen Ausbildung und der Leidenschaft f\u00fcr den Boxsport bringt Samofalov beste Voraussetzungen mit, um die Nachwuchsarbeit am Bundesst\u00fctzpunkt weiter erfolgreich zu gestalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
