Neue Geb\u00fchrenordnung des Landkreises sorgt f\u00fcr Existenz\u00e4ngste bei Vereinsmitgliedern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

So haben sich die Vereine im Landkreis Ludwigslust-Parchim das neue Jahr garantiert nicht vorgestellt. Denn bleibt es beim Kreistagsbeschluss zur neuen Entgelterhebung von Sportst\u00e4tten von Mitte Oktober, dann kommt auf die gemeinn\u00fctzigen Nutzer schon ab dem 15. Januar 2026 eine Kostensteigerung zu, die es, gelinde gesagt, in sich hat. Allein der D\u00f6mitzer SV 06 geht von \u00fcber 20.000 Euro pro Jahr aus – nur f\u00fcr die Hallenmiete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„In ihrer aktuellen Form erschweren sie nicht nur die Durchf\u00fchrung regem\u00e4\u00dfiger sportlicher Aktivit\u00e4ten, sondern gef\u00e4hrden auch bestehende Angebote, die seit Jahren einen wichtigen Beitrag zum gesellschaftlichen Leben in unserer Gemeinde leisten“, hei\u00dft es in einem Beschwerdeschreiben des Vereinsvorstandes an den Kreistag. Innerhalb der Abteilungen geht also die Existenzangst um. Man sei sich nicht mehr sicher, ob Trainings, Stadtmeisterschaften oder sonstige Events noch durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Einstellung kompletter Angebote steht sogar im Raum. Unklarheiten gebe auch es bei Schulkooperationen im Rahmen des Projekts „Gemeinsam Sport in Schule und Verein“. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um die zus\u00e4tzlich anfallenden Geb\u00fchren zu stemmen, m\u00fcsse jedes Vereinsmitglied ca. 136 Euro pro Jahr mehr zahlen. Das sei nicht realisierbar. Vor allem, weil der Verein „von heute auf Morgen“ einen Vertrag unterschreiben m\u00fcsste, „der weit \u00fcber der Jahresplanung des eigenen Haushaltes“ sei, bem\u00e4ngelt Vizechef Reiner Wachlin. Und das alles vor Einberufung einer Mitgliederversammlung. Auch st\u00f6\u00dft die Tatsache, dass die Entscheidung ohne die Betroffenen Vereine getroffen worden sei bzw. ohne Nutzer und Ehrenamtliche ausreichend einzubeziehen, auf Unverst\u00e4ndnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genauso sieht es Abteilungsleiter Kevin May, der die knapp 40 Tischtennissportler und -sportlerinnen des SV vertritt. „Nach der Pandemie sind wir froh und stolz zugleich wieder so gut aufgestellt zu sein. Und dann kommt innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit ein Beschluss der aus unserer Sicht den Kinder-Jugend und Breitensport zuk\u00fcnftig kaputt macht“, so der Ehrenamtler. „Wir stehen quasi vor vollendeten Tatsachen und somit kurz vor dem aus.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aktuell spielen 25 Kinder und Jugendliche sowie 15 Erwachsene in der Sporthalle des Schulzentrums aktiv Tischtennis. Der engagierte Verein stellt je eine U13- und U19-Mannschaft, dazu 3 Mannschaften f\u00fcr den Ligabetrieb von Kreis- bis Bezirksklasse. „Unsere \u00dcbungsleiter und ehrenamtliche Helfer bem\u00fchen sich sehr darum den D\u00f6mitzer Nachwuchs voran zu bringen“, erkl\u00e4rt May in einem pers\u00f6nlichen Schreiben und sieht in der Sparma\u00dfnahme des Kreises einen Beschluss der „den Kinder-Jugend und Breitensport zuk\u00fcnftig kaputt macht.“ 136 Mitglieder hat der D\u00f6mitzer SV 06 insgesamt. Auf einen finanziellen Puffer oder Gro\u00dfsponsoren f\u00fcr den Trainings- und Wettkampfbetrieb kann man da nicht zur\u00fcckgreifen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

„Das hat negative Auswirkungen auf das Gemeindeleben“<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Rein rechnerisch ist die Kalkulation seitens der kommunalen Verwaltung nachvollziehbar – zumal die letzte Entgeltordnung aus dem Jahr 2013 stammt. Allein mit rund 53.380 \u20ac m\u00fcsse man danach pro Hallenfeld und Jahr rechnen. Doch andererseits sollen vereinsorganisierte Sportangebote traditionell ja gemeinn\u00fctzig und niedrigschwellig sein. Das betonte dann auch Landrat Stefan Sternberg (SPD) in einem Schreiben an die Vereine: „Lassen Sie mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal betonen, wie wichtig uns eine umfangreiche Sportf\u00f6rderung im Landkreis Ludwigslust-Parchim ist.“ Allerdings mit dem Nachsatz, dass der Kreis aufgrund der derzeitigen Haushaltssituation dazu gezwungen sei, „die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Sportst\u00e4ttenbetriebes zu betrachten und keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Subventionierungen“ erm\u00f6glichen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum nun aber die Vereine gef\u00fchlt im Alleingang f\u00fcr den Erhalt des Sportst\u00e4ttenbetriebes aufkommen sollen, das kann man in D\u00f6mitz nicht nachvollziehen. Schlie\u00dflich nehme man damit gleichzeitig deren Aufl\u00f6sung in Kauf. „Das hat Auswirkungen auf das Gemeindeleben. Sport und gemeinschaftliche Aktivit\u00e4ten sind ein zentraler Baustein unsere soziale Struktur. Eine Einschr\u00e4nkung dieser Angebote wirkt sich langfristig negativ auf Integration, Gesundheit, Gemeinschaftssinn und Nachwuchsarbeit aus“, bekr\u00e4ftigt der Vereinsvorstand. Und Tischtennis-Spartenleiter Kevin May w\u00fcnscht sich, dass die sich anbahnenden Existenzkrise \u00f6ffentlich st\u00e4rker wahrgenommen wird: „F\u00fcr eine Sportart, die mehr Geh\u00f6r braucht in Mecklenburg Vorpommern.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n
